The NRBA office served as a collection point for the Baptist Children's Home's food drive in April. About 18 churches provided food, cleaning supplies, and gift cards valued at $565. Several other churches sent food collections directly to the Kennedy Home in Kingston or collected special offering. We appreciate Billy and Mary Howell for delivering much of the food that was collected to Kingston. Also, Rev. Phillip Barton assisted in loading the heavy boxes in the Howell's minivan. We are consistently one of the most supportive Associations for this project each year. The staff of the Kennedy Home and Rev. Patrick Fuller, the eastern representative of the BCH, often express appreciation for the support of NRBA.
